Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan on Friday said Prime Minister Imran Khan‘s fight against the mafia that plundered the national exchequer will continue. In a tweet, she said retrieving the money of the nation from plunderers is a good deed, and we will never step back from this noble cause. She said mafia had started culture of corruption while attacks on newspaper offices were also carried out in their tenure. The SAPM said that lodging fake cases against political opponents and newspaper editors is mafias’ favorite thing to do. She said dacoits, thieves and mafias get annoyed when institutions work as per law.
